A late fee of $30 will be charged for arriving between 11 - 30 minutes late to any scheduled appointment.

In the event that a signer refuses to sign, refuses to provide a valid ID or is a No Show (more than 30 minutes late), a full fee for services will be charged.

Should the signer be unable to sign due to a failure to provide a valid ID (forgot to bring or misplaced their ID) at the time of the signing, but agrees to reschedule the appointment, a rescheduling fee of $50 will be added to the service fee.

Should the notary deem the signer incapable of signing due to an incapacity, a lack of understanding of the document or a suspicion of coercion of any kind, a Fee of 50% of the service fee will be charged.
